specially that no need for any 24 volt or 230 volt ..just need mA source... in other videos they were not clearing that concept..thank you again ❤️

if you are testing from a loop calibrator make sure you select 4-20ma with 24v supply if you are not using the normal powered loop of the PLC

I want to know the adjustment of the SMC VL10 modular valve, when I touch an adjustment screw the valve remains in the open position, even if it is switched off

Hi I want solution for electro pneumatic model series no 830 At4 ma valve is open and giving full scale deflection And 20ma valve give zero deflection what should i do

1.Check 1st air to open or air to close . 2.Check inside the Positioner cam. 3.check mA while giving comand from dcs.

I cannot understand what kind of calibration they are doing here. No one does 4.5psi. It looks they have no technical knowledge to how to calibrate a valve actuator. He did 4ma, and 4.5ma and adjusting zero and span at 20mA. That is wrong. You should check the valve position at 4mA and then adjust zero, then 20mA and adjust span. Then try 4mA, 8mA, 12mA, 16mA and 20mA for 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% respectively with the corresponding air pressure of 3psi, 6psi, 9psi, 12psi, and 15psi. Adjust zero and span twice. What they are doing is wrong and this not how calibration should be. I hope they will understand this comment.
