I've come to see Arishem as a "toxic" deck. I wanted to like it, but playing against it seems to break some of the fundamentals of Marvel Snap. I feel that way for a lot of reasons, but the biggest ones are the combo of being both so behind in knowledge *and* tempo when you play against Arishem. It makes for way too many unfun interactions, and takes away the joy of snapping around an opponent's known output range. It may not shut down lane space, or card playability, but it shuts down other aspects of Snap that make it fun. But that's my layman take on the situation. I can't find the fun in playing against them :/

To your point about changing locations - I've been playing the Jane Foster deck you posted a while ago with Quake and Scarlet Witch. Those two cards have been worth their weight in gold. Sure, Wanda kills you sometimes, but having that one-sided information is so valuable when deciding whether to snap or not.

What was the 'Mods time out anyone who said 'Didn't you mean Electro not Blink' part about? (I think it was Electro...this was partway through the video). That seemed like quite a reasonable question to ask/check if you're someone who isn't that good at Snap or is new to the deck or game.

I agree. It seems that he might have misspoken without noticing it. At 53:33 he says that "if you're missing Blink or Lady Deathstrike, they are not really replaceable in this deck unfortunately. Those are the two ways of getting rid of Blink." It would make sense that he meant to say "getting rid of Electro," but chat correcting his came off as correcting Electro as an irreplaceable card since Jeff didn't notice that he misspoke.

@jaredongsing Ah possibly. I had a meme-ish deck that I made myself a few weeks ago when Viper changed that used Viper to send Electro over, or Lady Deathstrike to kill Electro like this one. I had Sunspot and Jeff to take advantage of the 2 energy on turn 4 if playing Viper onto Electro. Sadly I don't have Attuma because I've not seen anyone use Attuma with Electro so far and I'd add him to this deck if I had him.
