Oh yeah it's time for Swing In Spring! If you don't know, Swing In Spring was started by the youtube channel "Funky Panda." Every March Funky would dedicate an entire month to uploading electro swing music. Ever since 2016 I've been celebrating the month with new music! I've been jamming to this track for years now and only just recently accidentally stumbled upon the source of the sampled voices used! They are from a "group discussion" educational film called "The Troublemaker", by the infamous Young America Films. I was watching a riffed version by Rifftrax when the dialog showed up and I just about jumped off of my couch in excitement!
