The E91 error code is a communication error. Your appliance flashes this code when there's a problem with the UI control board.
The following are some of the common causes of this error code:
• A defective UI control board.
Now, let’s look at the best solutions you can apply to fix this error code.
Replace the UI control board.
1. Unplug your washer.
2. Remove the main top.
3. Unthread the screws holding the control panel to the main bracket.
4. Remove the dispenser drawer and remove the remaining screws.
5. Remove the control panel assembly and disconnect the user interface wire connectors.
6. Remove the screws holding the user interface board assembly.
7. Lift the assembly.
8. Align the new user interface board.
9. Transfer the light, buttons, and knobs from the old board to the new one.
10. Align the new user interface board with the control panel assembly.
11. Secure it using the screws.
12. Reconnect the wire connectors.
13. Secure the control panel using the screws.
14. Install the dispenser.
15. Attach the main top and restore power.
16. Test the washer.
