Cathy, I love you, girl! You and your team put out solid content and I have used your videos to pass multiple ATIs. I listen to you in the car, while getting ready, and at school too. The nursing community is so grateful for you and your Level Up RN team!

Little Maggie is 1.3 to 2.1 years old (magnesium). She ate 3.5 to 5 bananas (potassium) and drank 9 to 10.5 oz of milk (calcium). Then she took a 136 to 145 minute nap after swimming in the ocean (sodium)

You need 3.5-5 bananas to make banana bread. POTASSIUM RANGE!
@set37774 ай бұрын
Buy a pocket ECG to test instead of just keep on eating bananas. I tested a church member's ECG 3 weeks ago and it showed he had a little too much potassium (mild hyperkaliamia). HE was just taking one banana everyday.

Hi! I'm sure this comment will get lost in your other comments, but I wanted to thank you so much for everything. I've watched nearly all of your videos in your med-surg series (and some from the peds) thanks to your videos, I was able pass my Pediatric and Adult Med-Surg ATI's. I've spent the past 3 days watching your videos all day and trust me when I say, you saved me! If you are watching these videos for help for your ATI, you are in the right place! Thank you so much again! :)
