Pehla chij aapko ye kisne kaha ki electron collapse ho jayega. Dusra chij moving electron kabhi v em wave produce nahi krte hamesha accelerating electrons em waves produce krte hain. Electron kabhi v nucleus k saath collapse nahi karega. Kyunki electron agar excited state me hoga to wah outer orbit me rahega or agar wah ground state h to wah inner most orbit me rahega. Ground state ka matlab ki uske paas ab itna energy nahi bacha ki wah usse niche ja paye. Agar av v nahi samjhe to kuch is parakaar samjho ki ground state me electron paas bs utna hi energy hota hai jitna ki ek electron k paas hota hai agar wah usse v niche jaane ki kosis karega to usko or energy loose krna parega ek photon k barabar. To agar wah loose kr deta hai to uske paas itna energy hi nahi bachega ki usko hm electron kah saken. Mtlb ki agar electron usse ki niche jaane ka kosis kiya to wah khud ko khatam kr lega. Jo ki nature hone nahi dega kyunki nature v equilibrium me rahna pasand krta hai. To I hope aapke ye doubt v clear ho gya hoga.
