At 5:06 what does it mean by if we are observing the wires from the bottom??? Explain please

Let's understand this Example: Jab Aap pedestal fan ko front se observe krtey hai'n then us ki rotation clockwise ho gi ... agr aap usi fan ko opposite side se observe krei'n ge to us ki rotation anti-clockwise ho gi.... Point to be noted is that k fan ki rotation to same hi rhe gi but observer k point of view k change hone se us ki direction change hoti 🙂 Similarly, magnetic field k sath bhi yehi hota ,,,,, When current is flowing upward in a conductor, then direction of 'B' is anticlock wise (acc. to RHR) when observed from the top (which is the convention for observer) BUT it'll be clockwise when observed from the bottom side.
