wonderful series on Apex locater..Thank you so much Sir for the much needed information on apex locater as i recently got one from J Morita.. i have few doubts. 1) sir should we remove the pulp tissue completly before using apexlocater to determine working length? 2) Should the canal and chamber be completely dry or moist while using locater? 3)in case of geriartic patients where the canals are thin and calcified i am not getting proper readings..what is the protocol in such cases for apex locater?

Why take apex locator reading twice? Take it once only with initial apical file
