I burned up the road through western America from Glacier Park Montana to Rio Grande river Texas hearing that song.

@@Djjohnbekk - Open reel? I have not used open real for mixing since the 80's. Good piece... Needs edited to get rid of the drop in the middle and make a more continuous flow... The mix software on the puter will cure this quick. Beat drops are bad because they bring the dance floor to a halt... People take breaks... Keep them jamming and slamming all night long. As long as skirts are wiggling, guys buy drinks and food.

@@peterjohnson7696 - They are a problem and have to be worked around in the clubs I played. Whether by artificially inserting a baseline and keeping it moving or mixing it up. Then after a few pieces I bring the tempo down for a while and ramp back up again. I pounded that place all night long. Mid song breaks are a mess to deal with and the base dropouts bother many people including me. But tech has fixed that and we keep it slamming for 20 to 30 min at a clip then a slowdown for drink or toilet and back up to full power. There were standing waves in the dirt on the floor in the DJ booth from the bass drivers(two twin 18 scoops 1kw) LOL I wore shooters ear plugs which is why I am not deaf.
