OMG! I fixed my Starfrit digital scale 93750! It's a bit different than the model that you show in your video. I had to (gently) pry off the plastic weighing plate etc. But now it works ☺ Thank you!

Thank you! I was getting ready to toss my scale. Twisted off the top, and turned it on to test, and that's all it needed. When it dropped, the top plate squished down and just needed to be released. Whew!

Thanks for this video. I got the same error after we moved to a new house. The arm must have been bent during the move. I did exactly what you said and after a few attempts at bending it back, it worked perfectly.

Thank you for this, helped me fix my Bathroom Scales, jammed pressure sensors with dust bunny crud under the LCD contact strip which actually happened to be a flexible rubber strip... never seen that before!

Thank you thank you!!!! I'm in the middle of xmas baking and somebody dropped my only scale, nothing is open to but a new one and this vid saved me. Managed to fix it yaay 😄

Thanks!! Just hearing you say that the feet covered HIDDEN SCREWS was enough to allow me to get the cover off. The rest was just cleaning (lots of gunk around the buttons). My buttons were not activating the display reliably (it took a few pushes, or a strong push, or an angled push….who knows!..to get it to turn on…or….tare…or turn off). Lots of superstitious actions, none of which probably really mattered. :-) ).

Mine just dropped (first time). Plate (under metal plate) has broken from the screws on the "beam" inside - is it dead? Electrics/switching "kg to lg" works but registers no weight at all

After you break it you will figure out what is actually wrong with it. My wife dripped my really nice engine analyzer. After I end up messing it up I figure out what the actual problem. Solution don't let my wife touch my tools!

Thanks for the video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Saankramer Electronic Magazine System (do a google search)? It is a great one of a kind product for learning how to repair electronic items like a wizard minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin after many years got amazing success with it.

Excellent Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you considered - Saankramer Electronic Magazine System (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one off product for learning how to repair electronic items like a wizard minus the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got great results with it.
