Sir,I am using EOCR-3EZ relay with external CT for 100hp Motor.wiring is completed and without load the eocr is working and with full load the it's not working.also changes the ct ratio .then why it's not working.any other configuration changes to want for settings.Do you know pls give me advice.I am first time using this types of realy.

Is it maybe because you are using an External CT and not the CT on the EOCR itself? the EOCR would work only if it detects the amps using its built in CT (the two loops on top of the EOCR). or have you wired it it to receive information from an external CT? but then again how would you do that?
