Lisa should consider sending product in a box with lots of bubble wrap instead of padded envelopes. I understand being a small brand & having limited resources, but at some point, especially when you're charging over $50 for a palette, you need to consider upgrading customer experience. Not to mention, it'll save the brand from having to replace damaged items. That packaging is incredible 🌌

Yes that’s so true. My palette did had double bubble mailer and inside the bubble envelope but it still came damaged. I just got unlucky because she said I was the only one that it happened to. 😢 She did offer to replace but then found out she didn’t have the shade she wanted to send out.

@@sashybeauty I mean, it only happened to you but I doubt Lisa sent the palette to more than 10 people? If she sells 100 palettes & it "only" happens to 10% , that's 10 palettes 😬 I know she's expressed concern in the past about shipping magnetic palettes because of potential breakage, which is a valid concern! Putting them in a box would help in my humble opinion. I know it's not as cheap as bubble mailers but it also just adds to the overall experience. It's such a beautiful palette & I'd be BUMMED if I got it & shades were broken 😭You did a great job showcasing it Sasha! 🫶

Happy to see Electrum sent this to you. I only watched one live showing it but I already know its amazing. I got the palette & halochrome bundle plus 1 duplicate single I forget to pull from my cart I added before I decided to just get the bundle. You said you like doing high end too. Would you ever consider doing a “mix/match” video where you take a high end/luxury palette (ex. Tom Ford Quad/ Natasha Denona Mini/ Charlotte Tilbury Quad) and replace the shimmer shades in those palette (not actually depot, just use instead of) with a special single shadow that you feel does a better job and brings that quad to life? I’m curious because I just learned that the CLIONADH shadows actually fit in some of the Viseart Quads (and I LOVE Viseart mattes but hate their shimmers).
