she is incredible. she should have been bigger than midler. i thought the whole cd terrific. she has an incredible instrument.. sort of like cyndi lauper, she never gets the venue to expose all she can do. carnegie hall? broadway? we'll take joe's pub again. just come back and show them all.

I might be very, very biased, but I like this version better than the original. Although only by a little bit because either way, it's an awesome vocalist singing an AWESOME song. This was in fact the first version I heard and I knew as soon as it started that it was something very special. I hope to cover this someday, if I can do it any justice.
