This guy is a monster. Your editing was fantastic. I loved watching the prep as much as the full routines. I do hollow and arch rocks as well! Glad to see he still does these too :) just a small bit I can relate to.

@@SohailMix Always these dumbass comments, you tell a rings specialist he has small legs, you tell a cyclist he has a small upper body...Athletes train their body based on their sport’s needs, not everyone trains to be like a bodybuilder…If he excels at his sport due to this specific build, then he is on the right track.
