Flat back pearls- Michaels (You can substitute Dollar Tree beads for this DIY) Also, Michaels has the string pearls.
Spray paint - Michaels

Love it. Very pretty, when picking up pearls or jewels you can use what nail techs use it's a tool /pencil with wax tip might make it a little easier to handle.
