Funny to see my uncle Jonas in the beginning of the song. He was 5 years old there...now hes 21 years old, so it is a very old song...i guess 1991-92...And it was filmed in Helsingborg, Sweden!!!

Theres a small part of the song, it first shows up at 0:8-0:12, that I could have sworn I've heard somewhere else before. If anyone else hears it as well and can identify it for me, that would be great. Wonderful song, too

I used to love Elegant Machinery and sort of forgot about them, but they came up having listened to Fiction Factory and other 80s synth bands, Data, etc. They are really good, a bit like Depeche but they have their own sound ethic as well. I always liked this song though it reminds me of living in the South of England, depressed, cold and isolated. I love the phone box in the video, so elaborate and carnival like. I wonder by Black Town having thought about it does he mean a depressed town, dark, miserable, or black as in lots of Black people? I know one of them is in a right wing party, anti Muslim isn't it? Great song though.

Yes, but he is not in the band anymore and yes, he is a controversial politician to say the least, unfortunately one of the leading voices in Swedish politics, for me it unfortunately ruined the band, otherwise I had this song on one of my first mixtapes when I every 7-8 years, so have strong memories of it.
