This is a lovely chateau, and naturally any Chateau would take the touch of new owners, to make it their own home, with their own taste. Some wore is always expected to bring it up to a little finer time. It sure has been a loved home, one can see, family oriented, and family has enjoyed it over many years. Nice that one could just walk to where they wanted to go. If it is next to park land, it may need a fencing off from that park? Think this home could be spirited off into the story book of a century, with the right owners. A Bed and Breakfast perhaps would be fantastic, for some? Interesting other buildings on the land as well. Nice to have so much land and yet not overwhelmingly so, this region is a bit warmer, and it may be better during Winter months? It offers so much I feel for this price.

A very beautiful home with lovely woodwork, which unfortunately is in it's original stained finish - which I hate because everything is so dark & depressing. Otherwise the current decor is pretty blah & not very inspiring, altho everything looks in really good condition. Not for me, but it is a great buy IMO, and the acreage is really great. Hope it finds a new happy owner !

this location seems rural and secluded. I believe, security guards are needed to protect this place and the owners going to stay there.
