Cali, I feel so lucky and the best thing is, I loved everything. You definitely don't need another cool palette. I need to go through my eyeshadow palettes. I get excited like it's a new toy and then they go in a drawer. But that's because I try so much for my channel. If I weren't filming videos I would play with all of them more often. I didn't go to the concert. Night time is hard for me. I did have fun getting ready though. ...minus the yelling neighbour. We'll say something if that becomes a regular thing. I hope she's ok and this is a rare occurrence. They seem like a happy family but we never know. I bought something which will hopefully allow me to use my good camera during my lives. Oohhhh “Not Too Much” blush looks so much prettier in reality than on the website❤❤ I like his blushes… I just find them WAY too pigmented with their vibrant colors for my liking🤷‍♀️ I have to use them very sparingly on me. But the “Not Too Much” is sooo pretty ❤❤

I am definitely matte eyeshadows lover( i very rarely wear shimmer). I love the first Mario palette as warm tones are my tones. When I saw the promo photos for the new one, I complately discarded it as it looked too cool. But then I actually saw the palette in real life and loved how neutral it was. I ordered it and he nailed the neutral tones. I need to try that Patrick Ta new blush- the Not too much looks so pretty on you. I need to see if it will be too pinky on me. I definitely prefer warm blushes- she is do LA for example is my all time favourite. Great video! And beautiful look!

I haven't tried that one. I just watched Nikki La Rose's latest uncut video and she used the Makeup By Mario palette. She also feels better in warm tones. She loved the Patrick Ta Blush in Not Too Much. Seeing it on her may give you a good idea if you'd like it. What foundation do you use and what colour in the foundation are you? That helps me visualize your skin.🤗

Hi Theresa! I'm happy you're here with me. Once you see me in a few videos, you'll see that I don't have a lot of rules when it comes to makeup. What makes you feel the best? That's the important thing. I think a round face is beautiful and youthful. What's your natural skin tone? Do you use bronzer/contour? The history of makeup shows fads change all the time. That's why I say do what makes you feel good. Some artist will say higher up on the cheek bone, some will say blush should go on the apple of you cheek. Each technique will create a different look. I love them all for different reasons and occasions.

Thank you, Sussanne! The ginger/gold is my natural hair colour and I add blonde highlights the old fashion way. I use a cap and crochet hook with bleach and 20 volume.🤗 My natural hair colour is a level 7. That may help you to know, if you were to ask your hairstylist to replicate it. I would show her my hair. She'll (he'll) be able to get it close.

Hi Sandi, I don't think it has an orange hue. I don't like orange on me. I would consider the bronzer neutral with a slight pink tone. It's described on Sephora as a "light beige with neutral undertone". I don't like orange on me either.

HI Natalie! I use Refectocil. What colour are you aiming for? Do you have fair eyebrows like me? I prefer this developer but it really doesn't matter. I find this one a touch creamier and easier to mix. So, question… I recently got MAC’s serumizer and haven’t used it yet because I don’t know in what “stage” I should apply it😳😩 You always say how much you love using it under makeup… and I’d love to try it!! So, here’s the dilemma, I’ve got dry aging skin and always use moisturizer especially under my foundation, but I noticed you always use the serumizer right before applying your foundation… should (or CAN) I replace my moisturizer with the serumizer?? Do I use the serumizer before or after moisturizer on days I don’t wear foundation? Because isn’t it like a serum/moisturizer hybrid?? I feel so stupid for asking… I just noticed you always using it as a primer sort of, and you always say how much you’re enjoying it… so, I figured I’d give it a go🤷‍♀️❤️

Don't feel stupid asking, Lynn. I asked the same question when I was at the MAC store. Depending on your skin type you can use this as your moisturizer. Usually, when I do my makeup my skincare has been on for a while so it's settled into my skin and dried down. Depending on the foundation I'm using, if I apply foundation on top of my skin without something like a primer, or in this case the Serumizer, it won't glide as nicely. But if I were to use a foundation that's already slick, for example, Shiseido Revitalessence Skin Glow Foundation, it may be too much. It doesn't need anything to help it glide. Do you apply your makeup immediately after your skincare? Also, what skincare do you use? That will help me give you better guidance. I'll give you another example. In the winter, I use my serums (vitamin C, hydration) and often a rich moisturizer like Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream. If I freshly put that on and started my makeup immediately, I wouldn't use the Serumizer. It would be too much. In the summer months, I'll change it up. I'll use my active serums, moisturize with a lighter moisturizer, and sunscreen, let that settle in and then prep with my serumizer. I hope that makes sense. One more question. What's your skin type? That's important for me to know too. 🤗

@@JulieMeikle hello and thank you for responding so quickly❤️ Yes, my routine is that when I apply my makeup I almost always do it directly after my skincare routine (I use the Rhodes Beauty items… they seem to work beautifully under makeup!) and I like the Rare Beauty primer the best… as I’m 56 I’ve got some texture but luckily not much for my age!! Thankfully that primer works wonders for the longevity of my makeup❤️🙏🏻 I just knew you really liked that MAC Serumizer and so during the Ulta sale picked one up to try!! Then didn’t know when to use it😂🤣 So, my skin is Normal to dry (mostly normal… more dry during the winter when the heat is going in the house🙄) My passion has always been more skincare than makeup… as I’ve gotten older and found that makeup is helping me look and feel more youthful, I’ve gotten more into it💯🥰 it’s like therapy for me sometimes… I just love the whole process and have thoroughly enjoyed purchasing more than enough products for someone not in the makeup industry😂❤️ I’ve learned so much about application from KZbin MUA’s such as yourself. Back in my day… the makeup was NOT the same quality as it is today for everyday people like me!! I’m sure you remember those days!! Anyway, again thank you so much for your thoughtful response and I love your videos!! Your such a thorough teacher and you seem like a very humble person🥰😘 Oh, and one more thing… when you describe the products you use when applying your skincare before makeup that’s pretty much how I do it. I’m a serum/hydration obsessed woman!! I love a dewy/hydrated base under my makeup with a natural finish foundation usually. Sometimes I’ll use a dewy base but, usually with as much skincare as I use it limits the longevity of my makeup, so I usually go with a natural finish (I’ll use a matte sometimes if it’s not a full coverage product or I can sheer it down)
