I bought Musc Moshchus today after seeing your review (I did test it). I tested Violet Shot a few years ago and loved it, I wanted the small size because I have so many perfumes. It was out of stock, but I see it is now in stock and I might have to go get it. Thanks for the reminder of its beauty. I own Dama Bianca and love it!!!! Thanks for explaining the difference between Santa Vanille and Bois de Santa. I remember having a solid sandalwood fragrance in a little pot when I was a pre-teen. I wonder if it would bring back a scent memory. I wish I had seen the Damask review before I bought Musc Mochchus today, my local shop carries that line....sadly it's a 40 minute drive one way (next time). In my collection for most sophisticated perfume that you haven't mentioned I would say La Violette by Goutal and Aimez Moi by Caron. A sophisticated fragrance on my wish list is Misia by Chanel. I am curious about that Chloe vanilla perfume. Great review.

I bought a decant of Chole Nomade Absolu based on your recommendation a couple years ago and it’s still in my top 10 for life.. going into my 2nd bottle. If I had a signature scent it would a top contender along with Ormande Jayne Woman, Dusita Fleur de Lalita, and Dior New Look 1947. I love good classy scent. Looking forward to a follow up video in the future!

I’d love to hear you thoughts on Tanger by Ormonde Jayne? To me it’s this airy citrusy mandarin tea scent with whiffs of sugar flowing through it. So pretty and classy ❤

I unfortunately wasn't a fan of it, I don't enjoy neroli/orange blossom dominant fragrances and although it's not listed, my nose got a sweet warm lactonic accord which also isn't my vibe. But I'm glad it's a hit for you, I know many others love Tanger as well :)

I own both; I would say that they are similar in a sense, but whereas Liis Bo is all sequoia and vanilla (which I love), Bois de Santal is much more about sandalwood, with cardomom/vanilla/orris complimenting the sandalwood and never taking over. I’d say that if you like Liis Bo, you will also like Bois de Santal! Both are definitely woodsy, Liis Bo makes me picture being in a autumnal sequoia forest whereas Bois de Santal makes me feel like I’m taking a walk through Central Park in the spring.
