Customized Building Block (Quick Parts Menu) in Your MS Word 2013 Document

Does anyone know if quick parts can be used in protected forms/templates somehow? I have a protected form with a quick parts control in it but it's not available when the form is protected with a password. I have already tried putting it between a continuous break and not protecting that section but even that doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The building blocks that I spent hours creating all disappeared suddenly. The whole template doesn't appear in my building blocks organizer anymore...anyone has a solution? Thanks
