Found what I thought you mentioned "rumbache" when you actually meant "Lalumbache" under Cuban Bata in the app. Thank you for your lessons

Excellent breakdown of these fundamentals, thank you! And, at least when it's a matter of putting the knee bend together with the arm movement, considerably harder to actualize than it looks to be when you do it (or when my Cuban friends do it!). Thanks also for not assuming that this in particular would be easy or natural at first for a beginner. I've got something to work towards!

Just for fun... try to keep the muelleo going and count each "down" as 1, 2, 3, 4... and do a count of 8 w the arms in front, then a count of 8 with them pulled back. Then 4 and 4, 2 and 2, and see if you can work your way to the movement. The arms swinging has a natural momentum, it is just the coordination that is in the way and this may be a helpful exercise (that will probably feel odd)

At the 2:48 mark you mention that we are going into the music and the rhythm is "rumbache" I can't seem to find that rhythm in my percussion tutor app. May I ask where in the app it is?
