Elektron Syntakt - Experiment - 1 digital sound on all 8 digital tracks

For this experiment I used a single sound pre-set (“SY TONE: BLEEOM”) on each of the 8 digital tracks of the Electron Syntakt. This was a fun way of getting to know the various parameters, how they shape and morph the sound and how this allows you to create a short song with seemingly different sounds.
In the first 20 seconds of the video I show how each track contains the same pre-set. Afterwards I play through the composition.
More (and perhaps musically more interesting) experiments to come 😅

The video was recorded on a Panasonic Lumix camera.
The sound from the Electron was captured in Ableton Live through the Overbridge connection. I simply took the entire master output (not the separate tracks), added a compressor and limiter in Live and then exported it.
Final editing was done in LumaFusion on iPad where I combined the video and audio.

Such a good idea to learn the possibilities of the Syntakt. On first impression people might feel the sounds of the Syntakt are quite limited, but as with a lot of tools it all depends who is using them. Cool patch 👍
