Thanks for your explanation Sir. It's a very interesting video. I want to ask about part mixture (at 9.41s), you explained that element + element = mixture. In the video, you give an example of iron and gold = mixture have different particles that have not same chemical properties. But what about Na + Cl (also element + element)? Is it also called a mixture or compound?, and does it have the same chemical properties or not? CMIIW. Thank you so much, Sir. Hopefully, you answer this.

Carbon is neither cation nor anion... Carbon is an atom. There are 6 electrons in a single carbon atom. There are 4 electrons in the valence shell of a carbon atom. Now, it depends on the type of chemical bonds that carbon form. Thanks!!!
