Regarding Echo Chamber - it is not going to buff Overloads by 40%. It's the change of tooltip. It buffs 25% overload damage by 40% and 40% of 25% is 10% so 25% + 10% is 35%. Literally the same talent just the change in wording. I tested it on PTR and it's like this. Also Errupting Lava is absolute garbage and you don't want to play it since your Ancestral Lava Bursts also consume Flame Shock. You will run out of Flame Shocks extremely quick and you will be even more vulnerable to dispels. Imo bro before you record such video test things on PTR. It's free.

If you have 3 tiers above a tier you say isn’t bad, aka B tier and only 2 tiers below it, than it’s a bad tier. B tier is below average, and therefore it is a trash tier

I fr think it's dumb how content creators love to make additional tiers for stuff. like just stick to S,A,B,C,D if you need stuff above S then your former S isn't actually S it's just A. and everything else needs to move down.

It's probably going to be tougher, but I plan on playing stormkeeper lightning PVP. The thought of the new ascendance with surge of power with buffed lightning rod seems juicy. I'll be dropping all of the elemental pet talents now that they gutted its duration, and gave us no ability to reduce its cool down.

@@YouSadStuff Echo Chamber is a jebait. It doesn't increase Mastery damage by 40% it's just wording change. It's 40% of existing 25% = 10%. So nothing changed - just the text.

I've played nothing but lightning build this season, the burst you can get with prim wave (for haste, 10% dmg, and totem of wrath), lightning elemental (another 10% dmg) tempest, earth shock, and stormkeeper lightning bolts is absolutely devastating. Elemental is going to get nerfed into the ground a week after 11.0.5 comes out because they are going to be absolutely broken with the talent and ascendance rework. I love my 2M+ lightning bolts, 2.5M tempests, 1.5M earth shocks, and all the sweet overloads that come with them.

I somewhat agree with this, my bgs on my enh have definitely been the most fun. Good self healing and when everything is procing then people just get deleted and I feel pretty tanky. Right next to my spriest but I love team utility vs pure dps. Would rather do decent damage and be able to off heal and throw clutch cc and save lives.
