Might be a little late but is there any solutions to the connection errors? I have connected my smart TV to the internet many times and I try going to netflix just to be told it's not connected to anything. I connected the TV to my phones hotspot to my surpise that it stayed connected to a hotspot but not the Wifi to the house itself. Any suggestions?

You can buy a universal remote from family dollar or any other local places. I just bought mine two weeks ago. It works perfectly fine. You will need: *AAA batteries* *universal Remote comes with "TV codes"/guide manual* Step 1. Turn on your tv manually Step 2. Point your universal remote to the sensor on your tv Step 3. Press "code search" & wait until the red light flashes Step 4. Press "tv" button Step 5. Punch in your code from remote *you are now ready to use your universal remote control*

@@vernonjones8184 If you're not connecting to the internet via Wifi, then the only other option is to use an ethernet cable for a LAN setup. All external devices using HDMI and USB would no be setup through the network settings.
