1) I want to add a post description (first ~20 words of the post content) in the loop. Can I do this without using the excerpt? I have lots of articles, and none have the excerpt field filled in. 2) How can I change the comma divider that is used to separate the tags/categories (in the Post Info widget -> Terms)? 3) Can we set a different background color on a flexbox container for different responsive modes? If not, when will this feature come?

I have a ticket in with them about this already. And there are a lot of complaints about this function, but they stopped responding days ago. So...who knows? That functionality is already built in to the Posts widget, so why it's not included in the Grid Loop module is beyond me.

@@CharfishDesign Same issue with me. Cant generate even the most simple loop (either on category nor CPT) to display list of links to publications! I wonder what test they use?...

@@MulliBahr Couple days ago I discovered Bricks Builder, which is like Elementor but appears to be significantly better. Also cheaper. And faster. And this Post Loop excerpt thing isn't an issue for them. Looks like it's gonna be Bricks for me going forward.

Thanks for this presentation. You mention you will be adding supports kits, templates, etc for containers. I am using containers and recently tried to add a "Coming Soon" page to my sight. Following existing documentation was not possible because searching for such a template resulted in no findings and the documentation. Your support told me it was because I am using containers. So now that it's almost a year since this video announced beta for containers and that you were developing support items for containers, can you estimate when all functionality that existed when not using containers will exist for containers? (specifically for me right now, the "Coming soon" ("Under maintenance") template and solution. Thank you.

I fail to understand the significance of the loop builder. Did I miss something? How does this differ from what Elementor already had before?

Hi @BlackJacketJones we have a dedicated blog post delving into it all. In short: "The Loop Builder enables you to create and design the main item for repeating content (i.e. loops) such as listings, as well as customize its layout on the page. By creating a main item template yourself, you get a lot more flexibility compared to the Posts widget to design your listings and include additional dynamic content." I am very glad that you revealed new version of elementor but unfortunately , in new versions, some of the problems are occuring and I faced some crashes when I was building my project with elementor.

GRID is NOT a loop! Could not see how simple posts will be displayed in a loop with 2 custom fields. Any solution or example?

Guys I've added the import/export kit feature, I know I have the "Basketball Academy" kit applied, jet there is no "remove the kit" button???? The kits fonts and styles are constantly overriding my styles, so I'd really need to remove it.

Hi TJ, thanks for your question. If you added the kit before the update, you will not be able to use the "remove a kit" feature for to remove it. You will need to manually remove it. Going forward, any news kits you apply after the update will be removable.

While watching your video, one of my site crashed while updating elementor pro, so this is a huge issue in elementor, elementor is so good lots of love for it, but the issue remains, every time I update my elementor I had to hold my breath cz 80% of the time the site is gonna crash, no matter what host I use this is the regular issue with elementor, BTW I used pressable, 10web, siteground for my hosting, which are the best in the market. Hoping you would fix this issue soon. Thank you

Have you tried updating Elementor Pro on a local installation or on a staging server to see if you have the same issues?
