Очень красивая пара, оба артистичны. Лучшая пара в спортивном фигурном катании, на мой взгляд. От них веет порядочностью и добротой. Такой чистой пары я не наблюдала в нашем фигурном катании. Здорово , ребята !

Не знаю что там с судьями, видимо им становится некомфортно когда пара вне досягаемости и останется в истории без их ‘стараний’, но у этой пары такой ‘олимп’ что некоторым чемпионам и на краешек не встать. В английском это называется divine ( божественный) Что касается судей - это явно D(ivine) Comedy, что касается этой пары - Divine Will! С огромной благодарностью к ребятам и их великому тренеру!

Commentary... Seriously... this twist was one of the best I saw from them... Like... Exactly what the commentator herself explains how it should be, in fact... I mean if you're making up a mistake, why explaining what you just did? I'm speechless... I understand nobody anticipated youtube then and the possibility of rewatching it just by clicking, but... Many fans watched the competitions closely, taped them... For whom is she saying the element wasn't 'ideal'? Those who watch it at the dinner table just bc nothing else is on? So that afterwards they can boast of their profound knowledge of the sport, without the need to actually opening their eyes and watching?.. Though even among fs fans even now "the commentators said" reasoning (along with classic "everybody thinks that...") is a common place. So must be an effective strategy. (Even though this days apparently their professional ethics prohibit technical commentary of that kind, now it's reduced to awarding gold medals to the commentator's favs.)

What can you expect? The 2001-2002 Grand Prix Finals took place in Kitchener, Ontario and with rivals like Sale/Pelletier .... sadly, Berezhnaya/Sikharulidze definitely got the short end of the stick.

@@emmaljavin5788 this competition was held in Canada so it's clear that sale/pelettier will have that advantage of having the audience be all behind them and the North American judges too. Our poor B/S had to deal with this even though they were such a superior team in a league of their own!
