@@ririrose1151 Yes. I think she was always conflicted but loyal to Stefan. 3x1 was when she accepted her feelings. Kinda made S3 & S4 very frustrating for us as viewers. The writers did everything possible to annoy the hell out of us lol

@@adelaideas Oh the build up was epic. Though, I think 3x19 at the Motel should have been the cut off. She finally realised what she wanted in that moment. To then remain with Stefan during her transition from 3x22/4x6 felt wrong. Though there was an excuse, being she was struggling with her vampirism & therefore her emotions. We then went all the way until the end of season 4 before she got her humanity back when she finally declared her love for Damon. So from 3x1 all the way to 4x22 almost 40 episodes lol. Season 5 & Season 6 the writers annoyed the hell out of me. Vampire blood sucking infections & Katherine taking over Elena’s body were the reasons for pushing them apart not the “Toxic” relationship nonsense. Then Damon disappeared, Elena wiped her memories & only just got them back before falling into a coma. Every time in S6 as they fell for each other again the phone would ring or one of them would get kidnapped. It was soooooo annoying. Would have been nice if the writers had given us longer than 5 minutes over 3 season to enjoy them together as a couple. Boy did they make us wait lol Still, I agree they were the most interesting. 😎

man...this show really had it's moments, didn't it! as with most shows, it hung on too long other than the final ending show of Damon and Stefan and the soft "hello brother..." but there are some really really great scenes and moments we can always come back to and know for those times, we felt and we felt strong with and for these characters! god bless!

From a guy’s perspective, I have to say, Damon was totally wrong for flirting with Elena while stefen was on the deep ends . That is a clear violation of the bro code. A taboo. Any guy would attest to that. You just don’t do that. At all. Not even playfully. There is no going back after something like that. Stefen was very forgiving.

Stefan treated Elena very badly, and Elena is not an object, she doesn't belong to anybody, she made the choice, and feeling cannot be helped and feeling for someone else only arose when you ae with somebody that is wrong for you. Plus on always try to patch them up, he couldn't help his feelings, but he loved her unconditionally, even if she isn't returning his love. But he is not an idiot, he knows she has feeling for her, he know she is his meant to be, he said that to her that he saw a future with her the minute he set eyes on her, but he let her admit that on her own accord. Stefan was not her meant to be, like Matt, he was only a passage to get to Damon. So Stefan was in their way.

No, The kiss among Damon and Katherine on the porche was called, you don't know how to read body language, but Damon does, he is man, you are a boy, and when he was close to the girl face and she didn't move not only she looks at his eyes and mouth with intensity, he moved very slowly closer, like asking for permission and she still didn't move that is calling for a kiss. A girl that doesn't want to be kiss moves away, and surely doesn't have that body language, at the point that even Damon was surprise, after she entering the house, look a Damon's reaction. Elena is his meant to be, they are the love of each other life, Stefan is in the middle of it, he is the obstacle they have to overcome to be together, do you understand that? Do you understand that difference between true love and a teen infatuation? Stefan likes to put himself in the middle of Damon's love life, like with Katherine, Damon started a relationship with her, and Stefan insert himself into it....did Damon complained? No. How many times Damon, tried to patch Elena and Stefan up, they had nothing in common, Damon was just patiently waiting for Elena to finally realise who her true love is. So no. Damon is man, and a vampire, he can hear her heart beating faster and thank good he can read the signs, when a girl wants to be kissed. He wasn't flirting he was kissing what he tough was Elena wanting a kiss from him, after Miss Mystic Falls and after so many other time Elena send him signals, looking at his mouth more time I can count. Remember he met her first and she was very flirty with him and if he didn't compelled her to forget about him, Elena would have never look at Stefan once, she would have gone for Damon straight away.
