1200 euros is a lot of money for such an apartment and such a city ,for 1200 in spain you can rent a massive flat .

Depends, I think you can negotiate the price down to 600-700 euros per month if you rent longterm.

Here is all my makeup. Shows 2 bottles. Lol. I’ve never met a woman with less than a hundred. Lol. You travel light ! Congrats Nice apartment. What made you move from Spain ? €40 a night seems reasonable for 1 bedroom and it is very nice and good location and the view of hills is nice. But I would ask for a refund if the hot water does not get fixed. You are there for a month not a day!
