I’m a bit confused. Anyone please explain to me how women are paid less than men? Are these women doing the exact same job as men and still getting paid less. For example, two pilots do the same job but the man gets paid more than the women? Or are the pay differences due to men and women doing different jobs that require different levels of experience, education, etc?
