Big fan, especially love the classic feel/surf influences in your work. It just feels like faithful elements of different bits of music all made up into something interesting and intriguing to listen to. The minor IV addition shows a little more love for that feel, but nothing feels antiquated, just cool. Such a cool minimalist blend of vocal style, piano, slide guitar and light strumming. It feels almost like the intimacy of lounge jazz with indie bedroom pop.

Yes and no, whilst i love that film, its not about trying to forget someone, its mainly about trying to forget some choices i made when I was younger, and had i chose a different route, where would i be? Ultimately wrestling with just myself. But you’re right - it’s a beautiful film, and the title was definitely inspired by it
