i saw this live on svt yesterday. and i was so happy chroatia went to the finals. i was rooting for luxemburg too. i am hopeing that greece, armenia, estonia, and maybe the netherlands to go to the finals. and interesting trivya, benjamin ingrosso's latest track honey boy was composed by the legendary musician niel rogers himself. and it was very touching of johny logan to sing loren's song. over all a good semi finals yesterday, and the opening number was good too ( did you guys notice the shawl that saade was wearing on his wrist? it was gifted to him by his father when he was small. he basically agreed to participate in the opening number as a protest against what's going on in ghaza. ( not going to go to detail here ) and even the singer from ireland did a cimiler protest during the rehearsals right infront of the ebu's nose. as the rules state, only the flags of the participating countries and the pride flag should be included in eurovision. even eurovision has deleted saades performance because of what he did, but only kept eleni fureira and chanel's performances up on they're accounts. saade even defended himself about what he did. he has been quite vocal about what's going on in ghaza, so it was dare i say expected of him to pull off that action on stage. there is even going to be protests during the eurovision week ( from both sides ) and unfortunately quran burnings too, so security is going to be quite tight in malmö. plus, there is going to be an intervall act on thursday with linda woodruf ( played by swedish english american actress and singer sara daun finer ) and one more thing that i liked was how the crowd chanted petra as she was introduced. oh well, great show yesterday, and i hope it will even be better on thursday too. see you all on thursday! hello from an iranian woman from Sweden.

Obviously the acts from the past are the reference for the ones in the future, but it's for everyone. Actually Eleni could be the copy of Helena, but the idea is appreciating how influencing they are not to consider the future ones a copy, when actually in a lot of cases artists love each other. And also it's something that happens more with women artists (not they in fact, but the people making wars between them), which is stupid. Artists are based in part in influences and everyone has their own ones, nobody is original 100%.
