@@motionhvh It's often cheaper to get a right-handed guitar, and statistically it's more common to find them, so it might happen that it already belonged in the family. Most left-handed players start by coincidence on a right-handed and they have to learn how to play this way. Actually, it's not extremely difficult to play chords, but obviously it's gonna be an obstacle. I have a left-handed cousin and my first try on a guitar was on his instrument, so I also had to learn this inverted thing even though I'm right-handed.

You did your best with where you were at the time. I know that because that is what you did. And in the future with other relationships you can be a better partner with what you've learned. It's really hard though, I just got out of a 6 year long relationship. She's with another partner now and the thing that helped me the most was having a forgiveness practice. For myself, for her, for her new partner. And at this point, I'm just happy she found love again and am looking forward to my future relationships with all I've learnt. Stay strong man

It's good that you wish the best for her, but you need to do the same for yourself. Like someone else said you did the best you could at the time, and that's true. Everything that happens, happens for a reason, so just accepting it is the only thing that can be done. It happened so that you could learn from it. Everyone in retrospect can say they could've done better, but could you have really have, without learning the lessons that came with this past relationship? Be kinder to yourself and have some compassion for yourself. We all make mistakes but that's just life. And in the end she isn't the end all be all, there's many more people out there who probably even suit you better. Just forgive yourself, accept fate, live your life, and time will heal. And as a side note, took me some time to realize too, but if you're having a hard time knowing she happy with someone else, you gotta realize that's your ego talking. It hurts because you think that you weren't good enough. Don't think that way, that insecurity will tear you apart. Realize that not everyone's meant for eachother, and just because she's happy with someone else doesn't mean that you are inadequate. Just means you haven't met the right person yet
