KZbin recommended this.. 😢You can fit another couple between two of them . Even with all that space the leader missed his back sacadas ( @3:00) . They didn’t want to stay in embrace for longer than 30 seconds, excessive use of soltadas really broke the true magic of Argentine Tango .. sorry but I am not a fan

Too many people talking about what is "true magic" and especially so what is and is not "Argentine Tango". Talk is dirt-cheap. These two very rarely get together to dance, but when they do, they show absolute mastery of improvisation, especially so Eleonora Kalganova.

@@ericross2199 sometimes if I am bored, I find the way she tip toes and the amount of her excessive embellishment amusing . She has her fan for sure .. there are certain codes and authenticity of Argentine Tango that an true tanguera/milonguero must follow; and yes, one can be creative ( even innovative) at the same time keeping the integrity of the dance . For instance , I can’t possibly twerk dancing Swan Lake pas de deux , and call it my innovation of Vaganova technique . No one in Buenos Aires wants to see Eleonora ‘s tango/ballet/ballroom fusion . Again, it’s my opinion and I am sure her fan love her ..

@@leoninsf Eleonora has a strong ballet background and no exposure to "ballroom". I have heard this "ballroom" nonsense accusation countless times, all of them from people who can barely keep their balance, let alone dance decently. That alone is revealing. They CLUMSILY establish the false legitimacy of their bad habits in dancing by talking up a storm about the "codes" of A. TANGO and declare what they personally won't be able to do, "not Tango". Typical talk about any elements of Tango Nuevo and brow-beating strong dancers. From personally knowing a few star-quality women dancers in today's A. Tango -- they all come from the background of studying ballet, from age 3-6. As to what Buenos Aires wants ot does not want to see, you are not BA, nor is BA the whole wide world, in which People know perfectly well what is and is not good dancing, without the cliquish, tribal, political dance mafia in BA or elsewhere.
