I KNOW WHY DABI HAS HIS SCARS!!! His quirk's flames are too powerful and his body can't handle them, so he burnt his body basically. So the purple stuff (aka his scars) are related to his quirk.

I also feel like she's the cool kid that doesn't have to try like Ryu, and Boruto looks up to her on that regard, so I feel like Shogeki and Ryu are best pals because of that. Breakdown Name: Otobai Quirk: His pouldrons and elbows make me think of a motorbike, so I'm guessing it's another speedster quirk Personality: His hair and his eyes and his smile is making me think of Luffy from One Piece, so I'm gonna say he has a similar personality to him Vision Name: Ojo Quirk: He looks like he could be related Gorudo, SO I'm gonna say he has a gold touch quirk as well. Personality: I think he's the spoiled prince who's expected to carry on the mantle of being super famous and skilled with his quirk. But when he comes to school, he's gotten overwhelmed by the high expectations and the number of students with just equally cool quirks and equal amount of potential, he's just cracked under the pressure of it all and now he's just a walking nervous train wreck, everywhere he goes throughout school Wolverine Name: Waiban Quirk: He has a similar mouth piece and teeth to Ryu, so he could be again, like Boruto and Shogeki, Waidan's related to Ryu and has a similar quirk to him, and can turn into a dragon or a creature in the same draconic family. Personality: I think he's like the muscle-no-brain character of the class, he's the first to attack, he acts before he thinks, he's pretty low on grades except for P.E, that sort of thing. I think he has a nicely balanced relationship with Ryu, and they come together in their spare time to the gym to go a couple of rounds together, whether it be as humans or dragons Ninja supreme (also my new girl crush) Name: Kabocha Quirk: I'm honestly having a hard time trying to figure out her quirk. I'm just keep it simple and say super strength Personality: At first I feel she comes off as the cold tough girl on first meeting her, she'll warm up to everyone in class, she'll come off as both tough but soft, and judging from the right picture, I'm guessing she's the one who has to handle Ojo and his nervous breakdown shenanigans Shadows Name: Kage Quirk: I'm gonna say umbrakinesis or something Personality: He looks like the substitute teacher who hates his job Seductress Name: Kenkyo Quirk: I don't want to know Personality: Again, I don't want to know Evolution Name: Atarashi Quirk: He makes me think of Frankenstein's monster, like someone tried to transplant multiple quirks into one body or something. So he's now some walking wheel of fortune of random quirks. Personality: Either he's under the influence of Ningyo's quirk and has no personality. Or he's just been rescued from the lab that had him hostage and is the new student of the school so they can help him handle his multiple quirks, so he might be socially awkward and might have some PTSD episodes form time to time Sublime mistress Name: Ketsueki Quirk: She can make weapons out of blood, maybe Personality: I think, she might be crazy but not psychotic. She's a bit of a pastel goth kinda girl, so likes cute and dark stuff at the same and, I don't know why but at first glance she made me think of a graffiti artist, so maybe she has Banksy hobby during the weekends The rocker Name: Omu Quirk: I think he can manipulate sound level of his voice so he can make things loud and quiet but his go-to use is making things loud. Also he makes me think of a parrot, so maybe he can imitate people's voices or something as well Personality: I feel like he has a similar personality Koro Sensei from Assassin's Classroom. He's wacky and all over the place, but cares greatly for his students will go to great lengths for them to become the best person each and everyone of them can be for the future to come. Heavyweight Name: Tanken Quirk: Judging from his bandages and knives, I'm gonna say he has a similar quirk to Ketsueki and can make stuff out of his blood, only he must have a thing against needles if he's using knives to extract his blood Personality: I'm going to have to agree, he definitely looks like an evil dude, maybe an assassin of some kind for the villains of the show
