When I was (a lot) younger, and Bomfunk MC's were at the top of their game, I organised a gig for them in our local venue and was surprised to see that they actually performed with a live drummer and bass player which made it even cooler. Good job :)

This video really took me back. Back 15 years, when I was watching Cobus produce some sick drum covers and learning from it. The only difference is, that now I know a lot more about drumming and this is a praise. 24 seconds in and I feel exactly as excited and awed as I did 15 years ago. Surely anyone can do covers, but your's are something special.

Every time I watch your videos I get the same feeling I had when I watched John Petrucci after I started playing guitar. My brain just can't comprehend the precision and timing you got down. Unbelievable. Everything sounds robotic - but not the bad kind of robotic, if you know what I mean. It sounds like it could not have been played better.

Man i used to listen to this song so much when i was back in Russia and when first moving to the US , (2001-2002) , and noone knew these guys and not many liked the electronic stuff. I knew then that in ten years electronic music would dominate the music scene here and look now!

I met these band member's when they just became famous in Finland after this song. Got even their autograph, and eventho we met 1st time they accepted a ride from me. It was just before millennium changed. So 1999 or so. Just remember i was in Finnish army back then. It did end in January so could be i saw them even just after new years.

I wish you had a playlist I could listen to where the drumming has been mixed/mastered into the songs. The covers are SO good, but the drumming is louder than the sound level of the songs. (which is how it should be for a cover video featuring drums). Just a wish.
