I have a Td-17kvx2. I bought a few kits for different sounds that install directly into the module. I got 10 of them but I only use like 1 or 2 of them. Then again I'm just a beginner so once I learn different songs I'm sure the other sounds will fit in. Right now I just have 2 crash cymbals and a ride. I was thinking about adding a cy-5 and using a a splash or China.

Thanks for video. I wanna ask that I have problem with recording drums with choke option on and all the hihat hits recorded and sounds as choked. When I disable choke option, all sounds normal but also cymbal chokes are disappear. It only do when recording. I’m using Roland td-17 module and logic pro as daw. I have full version of the Krimh Drums. Thanks in advance 🤘

I have a newbie question but I just bought a Roland vad507 and I’m using a MacBook Pro I’ve followed your steps but can’t get my computer or krimh to read my hits. Is there certain settings in the brain of the Roland and the MacBook I need to change? I appreciate your help in advice.

I was wondering, do you have to have the laptop always connected to the ekit module? Or is there a way to import the sounds via usb stick onto the ekit module so they're permanently in the module? Id like to eliminate the need for a laptop to make that work. Thanks!

You lost the bell while mapping the bow on the ride, you only have the bow and crash. I have the full, paid version of this and I'm having a worse problem, I'm only getting 1 zone on my ride ! And for some reason, making any changes such as pre-sets or e.q don't seem to apply when I map the kit. It just reverts back to the standard kit. Can't even change the beater head

So I wanna know. We cannot get a fully closed sound on the hi hat. If we press too hard on the pedal the hi hat makes no noise. Is this because I need the full version?? We are so close to finally getting our e drum kit to sound perfect. It’s just the hi hat!

hmm, I'm not sure unfortunately! I didn't have this problem - It works fine on my end 😬 wish I was an expert with a solution for you! But the guys at Bogren Digital are awesome, and I'm sure they would be happy to help you with any technical issues.

With the hihat fully closed you need to assign tip tight and edge tight notes! It works
