This is your best video yet. Hitting the ball when it’s coming down makes so much sense. I will try it when I play this weekend. Thank you for these videos

Very informative video and helpful practice drills. When aiming your 3rd or 5th drop shots about a paddle length above the net, it’s important to know that the ball has already reached its apex and is on its descent over the net. A drop shot video that has helped me, explained that when hitting a baseline drop shot try to hit the ball so that it reaches its apex, or highest point, approximately 5’-6’ high at your own baseline. By doing this, it helps to accomplish having the ball clear the net by the paddle length that is recommended in your video. Thanks again for your very well done video.

I’m not sure what you mean by 5 to 6 feet?

Good video. One question: hit the ball on 2nd time descending, what does this mean?

Maybe not the best wording on my part, but I'll clarify. The ball travels over the net and descends, it bounces up (a lot of players hit the ball at this point while it's rising). Instead, wait for it to start to descend again and hit it for more control. Hope this clears that up.
