Dab chingri is made of prawns, not the lobster. This one is Zafran Lobster!

@@jyotishmannath1830 this is the authentic dab chingri only. It depends on the availability of lobster. That's why sometimes in bengali restaurants the cook make it with lobster sometimes with prawns. Zafrani lobster is quite different from authentic dab chingri.

Also, I enjoy that you share with your father. My father passed away in 2012. He turned me on to Vietnamese food that year. Throughout my life he has turned me on to lots of foods, especially Asian. Never thought of living in Boston is a big deal ! And I hail from Bullygunj place.
