I usually don’t always watch the solos for these videos but damn this solo was so good I had to watch the whole thing

I just discovered the modes today, and realised how the blues pentatonic works in C for this backing track, but also the aeolian mode in C# and also the ionian mode in E over it and the phrygian mode in A flat, and I busted out the best jam I ever had in my life and made myself cry. Learn the modes fellas, it's the best thing I've ever learnt musically.

those chords are my favorites. have a look at the B, with root on 5th string, 1st fret on 4th, root on 3rd (4th fret), open 2nd and 1st. C#m, root on 5th, 2nd fret 4th, 4th fret for 3rd and open 1st and second. sorry, not a guitar teacher, hopefully i make enough sense. self taught and don't really know how to write the stuff down.

Hey man, I've always wondered, are you a self-learner or did you attend some higher degree college/university in terms of music education? Your music is on a really high level!

Hey great track! You seem to own quite a few guitars. I'm wondering if you could recommend a guitar for intermediate players who play Hard Rock but also want some versatility?

It’s more about the amp. I have a Telecaster and a Twin for when I want that clean Fender snap and then I have a Gibson and a Marshall for, ,,,,,,,well basically everything else.
