I love these vlogs and I can see how much the production quality has improved recently! Keep it up coach!

Coach Donny food reviews are something I'd love more of. To this day I'm still kinda pissed how the last serve against Imi Ola was called out. That looked perfectly in, if not on the line at least. Anyway, loved the vlog Coach!

Great video coach! Love the details on the trash-talking! People talking trash to me gives me the opposite effect, where if I get upset, I start making bad decisions out of "getting back" at them. My strategy is to know what that they're trying to get under my skin and ignore them, which sometimes makes them upset that they can't get me riled up and ends up impacting their play! 😂😂 I guess each person should figure out what works best under such situations and go with it. Looking forward to Part 2!

I couldn't agree more, especially with your last sentence - I see excellent players get riled up by the other team and start doing too extra and making mistakes which gets them even more frustrated and emotional. To the trash-talkers - if you talk the talk, you better be able to walk the walk >:)

Coach, I feel you so much when it comes to teams trash talking and being rude. I want to play vball for fun and have a bit of competition but when a team starts trash talking or starts getting rude/annoying/argumentative I usually snap right back at them because I’m in NO way backing down from someone trying to intimidate or trash talk me or my team mates. I may be 4’11 but I can fight and hold my own

It also feels good when they laugh at you and underestimate you but then their whole energy changes when they realise they're messing with the wrong person.

Coach Donny, I ve been using ur lower and upper body warm up exercises as a template before most kinda sporting activities I do. Much appreciated, they work really well! I d like to ask if u could do a vid or two about band work, since I m recovering from surgery and I find it really useful.

I know this video isnt quite the place, but if you or anyone responds, thank you so very much. Last year, I found volleyball, and fell in love. Took to it like a fish to water, and it has been the best 10 months of training for something Ive never played. Even watched some of your videos on jump training, did one as a test and found it nice and refreshing. But I need help. I feel like Ive plateaud, mainly because I have no access to a gym where I can lift weights and increase my strength. And lastly do you, or anyone else, think I can make it professionally? Because that's where I want to go and jump for. Any responses are welcome
