LAST I CHECKED DOWNTOWN HAS A LOT OF CRIME, BUMS, TRAFFIC, NOT TO MENTION IT SMELLS LIKE PISS. THE SAME APPLIES TO RIVERSIDE.

Why? Lower tax bracket, feed & seed area so they get tax deductions on revitalization! That is OUR AREA, why not reinvest in our area?
