I feel God saying my word to believe over and soak in for 2025 is, surrender. Full hearted, unashamed, unrelenting surrender. As much as I’d love to be excited for this word God has given me, I feel like it’s more of a challenge. Nonetheless, God wants to use me and be shown through me in deep surrender. So, I welcome it. I’m gonna pray over it… because the last thing I wanna do is disappoint God. I want to surrender my problems to Him instead of letting worry overtake me. I wanna surrender my time and willingness to serve others selflessly. I’ll definitely need prayer along the way.

Give in all the ways you can and want to, but I’d like to say that if you have a chance to look someone in the eye and give to them directly - whether it’s money, food, clothes, a kind word, whatever - try to find a chance to do it this season. Don’t make it a big deal, don’t even say anything if you don’t have to/want to. Don’t make it about you. But there’s something so powerful about having that experience of human to human connection when you do give of yourself, and it’s such a wonderful experience.
