There are two special busing you need each side available from Fletchair if your are worn or missing. We use SS bolts, washers and nuts with keys for the rest from Aircraft Spruce. Parts manual list all these parts.

Hello, I recently purchased a cheetah. Pre-buy was done at FletchAir. Although they did re-bush the trim cable to control horn there is still some play in the slide channel. How much slop is acceptable and what type of lube is used for general control surface bearings? Everything appears very dry. Thanks!

Use a silicon lube, one drop on each canopy slide and work it in. Do not over lube and you only need to re lube every 6 months or so.
