I was a teacher for 32 years and we always had stupid ice breakers at staff development sessions. They were my true nemisis. As a fellow introvert, I believe that alcohol would have made them less painful. (or more afterwards)

Virgin is my absolute favorite cruise line. My husband and I did the Grog Walk on the Resilient Lady and had the best time ever!!! Totally worth the price. The drinks are strong and you definitely will have a buzz when you’re done.

It’s not fog you keep seeing, it’s Saharan Dust. It’s mineral dust from the Sahara Desert that travels 5000 miles across the ocean. It affects the weather patterns in Florida and makes the air dry.

(1) The Gallery food service does not require using the flags on the table. Walk up service also works (and worked well every time we tried it.) My wife really liked the Avacado Toast. (2) By the way, the Yellow Umbrella in the puzzle was much easier to find and assembly than the rest of the puzzle. I did, by the way, say my wife was the puzzle person in our couple. I was there supporting her fun.

So Hubby and I did this last week, the spiel was the same almost verbatim. I dipped after round 3, it was waaaay too extroverted for me and dang HOT onboard for me to stand it. Hubby lasted to round 5. That ship was miserably hot for most of the voyage, but it was early August

There is some “adult” parties on the boat for sure some special ones that are invite only by virgin staff as well oh and the guy in the cowboy hat is a virgin original he’s a legend who they use for there adverts etc

You can order at the counter, or at least I did when I went. I had fun on my first virgin cruise, but the second one was kinda boring, bc the shows were the same. I think my experience on Scarlet Lady was better that Vailant for some reason.
