Hey...i think the elf one gives a little bit mettalic finish?? Mac is natural dewy glowy..and can be worn without foundation

Yes Mac one can be used without foundation if you use a very little quantity. And elf does look a little metallic in comparison to the Mac one.

Which medium in mac tint would suit you the most, there's medium 1,2,4. What's your shade in Lakme foundation you used here please? Thanks in advance.

I think medium 2 would suit my skin and in the Lakme foundation my shade is W320 warm caramel :)
