Stellar upload, pretty varied selection of sound; out of all these musical selections from video-game history, Sana (Sanae Shintani) caught my ear, most unexpected. It makes me want to inquire if ElFamosoDemon plays any of Konami’s “Mania” series (BeatMania, KeyboardMania, DrumMania etc.) and the game featuring Sana above Pop n’ Music. While that song above is great, there are other songs from Konami’s main musical vocalist I prefer a bit more. Beyond the Bounds (Mitsuto Suzuki Remix feat. Sana) kzbin.info/www/bejne/jqubcmVuqrdngaM more deep (ver 3.7) (Togo Project feat Sana) kzbin.info/www/bejne/bYGnqaCNr9yUjLc Midsummer Flowers, Midsummer Dreams (Shoichiro Hirata feat. Sana) kzbin.info/www/bejne/rWitnpuwrbeWpZY I still think the original by Stevie Wonder is superior, yet I give her kudos for having the courage and tenacity to attempt such a well known and beloved song. My Cherie Amour (DJ Nagureo feat. Sana) kzbin.info/www/bejne/faiQkp1raZp1qZY While on DJ Nagureo (Reo Nagumo), here are some of his songs from various Konami games and remixes by inspired artists. peace-out (DJ Nagureo) kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYannKBtmdd1gKM peace-out (Carsaj Remix) kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZTSgJSDpq5kf6M 2.14.13 (DJ Nagureo) kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y3WqpoCEir1_m8k 2.14.13 (Ryo Ohnuki Remix) kzbin.info/www/bejne/g6W5kqR7o9d9rqM 5.8.8 (DJ Nagureo) kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmGaept5hLafbdk 5.8.8. (Rainy Remix) kzbin.info/www/bejne/h5ysi31oq6l-f5I Do You Love Me? ( DJ Nagureo) kzbin.info/www/bejne/pnarfZ6DfdqMfrs Do You Love Me? (sweez Remix feat. Meine Meinung) kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqTInpSOnZt8rdk Do You Love Me? (Yamajet Remix) kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJqYZ4pjncyUl9k Keep On Liftin’ (DJ Nagureo feat. Robbie Danzie) kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXbPpZJ4hbeniLc Last but not least of the Konami music series, “Limitation” from Keyboardmania 3rd Mix. It is arguably my favorite regarding music from Keyboardmania. Limitation by Seiya Murai(Kiyoshi Murai) kzbin.info/www/bejne/sJWqkp2EjchgeJo Hearing the song above by Sana took me back, to the late 1990’s and early 2000’s on the PS1 and PS2 when those series of games were pretty popular. The most popular had to be Dance Dance Revolution, which is cool, but I mostly played BeatMania, Pop n’ Music, and KeyboardMania. I thought I would share those on the chance younger viewers/gamers may not be as familiar with those tracks; that much time has passed where that could be the case. I appreciate the F-Zero GX/AX footage. A really fun game yet extremely challenging especially on harder difficulties. In the first F-Zero one just had to worry about improbable jumps, in GX/AX one has to do the same thing upside down while taking a leap of faith because one could not see the racing track ahead where one would land; absolute madness! I know the thought with younger gamers regarding difficulty with games, that the Dark Souls series is usually the go to or standard. I sincerely believe despite game genre, F-Zero GX/AX is still one of the hardest games out there. I still prefer the original F-Zero Soundtrack but the more rock/metal themed soundtrack from F-Zero GX/AX is good too. I wish Nintendo would revive the franchise with a new game. It is intriguing to think what they could do with stages now; for example, having one start on a planet, then having the player progress to another planet towards the middle of the race; would be interesting to see how experimental the soundtrack would be too. A music selection that comes to mind of how a new F-Zero Soundtrack could sound is “Tokiwatari” by Yamajet, from the rhythm mobile videogame “Cytus II”. The cadence of the track (Parts of it) is similar to the opening theme of the original F-Zero; somewhat too, the ending/game over theme is there but not as pronounced. bit.ly/3hYKa4L I enjoyed reading other comments too. I have to agree with some that a handful of tracks are not as rare. The one that comes to mind is Zeku’s theme from Street Fighter V. I will though at least say that track is rare to what one expects to hear from the Street Fighter series. I have not been that surprised since Street Fighter’s older series of soundtracks; like 3rd Strike and the EX series, which was featured in a recent previous video; I believe Street Fighter EX 3. I still have that physical copy on the PS2. It is a bit of a black sheep when it comes to people who love the fighting game genre, with not being as mechanically sound with fighting strategy etc. but in my opinion is still fun to play. The more Jazz-Fusion sound from Zeku’s track made me think of the Mizell Brothers, composers from the 1970’s who would mix Jazz with many various music genres from Funk to R&B, you name it. Before going I thought I would spotlight videogame music that has no correlation with visuals or sounds of the above video. The 1993 fighting game Eternal Champions. It features memorable music akin to fellow genre games Street Fighter II, Killer Instinct, and Mortal Kombat which all arrived in a similar space of time. The main reason I think Eternal Champions is overshadowed compared to the others is being inferior with character fight styles/mechanics, not as fun when contrasted to the other three; still though, great music throughout the entire game. One could argue Eternal Champion’s dark atmosphere and story puts the other three to real shame. These soundtracks were re-imagined by video game music producer Hyde209. He does many genres of games, besides Eternal Champions he has done the Metroid series, Megaman/Rockman series, and many more. Xavier Pendragon (Original) kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6Wtp3usbNCAp9U Xavier Pendragon (Hyde209 Remix) kzbin.info/www/bejne/iWSqlnajmp6Ch9k Jetta Maxx (Original) kzbin.info/www/bejne/bma8go2jmt-EibM Jetta Maxx (Hyde209 Remix) kzbin.info/www/bejne/iWewapyEjbJre68 Shadow Yamato (Original) kzbin.info/www/bejne/sIHNaHmdh7Nlgtk Shadow Yamoto (Hyde209 Remix) kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpfZlp6InquKoc0 Bandcamp bit.ly/2Gad1FO On a side note, pretty public knowledge but never assume; Bone Thugs N Harmony sampled the Character Biographies theme of this game for their song “Eternal”. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pIG4m56al9Crq6s Original kzbin.info/www/bejne/d36ko5iImqySsM0 The only other videogame composer I would personally say is equal to Hyde209 is Deejay Verstyle. He mostly prefers the “Beat em Up” genre, especially music from the Streets of Rage/Bare Knuckle series; though, not just limited to that Yuzo Koshiro sound. He does many game genres too, given the pun of his name. Deejay Verstyle should really be a part of the music from the new Streets of Rage 4 game, in my humble opinion. Streets of Rage Original “Hostile Ascent” kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpS1iXmOlM5loKs Streets of Rage Original “Oceanside Jam” kzbin.info/www/bejne/n2LbYmB8etJ3iZo Streets of Rage Original “Gutter Passing” kzbin.info/www/bejne/lXeZaGxribl5j6s Streets of Rage “Violent Breathing” Arranged (DJV Funky Mix) kzbin.info/www/bejne/jJzUfmaugtWAj80 Xeno Rhythmz of Wind Forest remix kzbin.info/www/bejne/eXjTmKaEjp6rqtk CPS2 Mock-Up [Demo Reel #2] kzbin.info/www/bejne/p4ScoWNmdrqUfrs F-Zero Mock Up - Wake Field kzbin.info/www/bejne/qaTOm6p-mraBgJY Bandcamp bit.ly/2HpB4kR Both composers/musicians are criminally underrated, and should be more appreciated. Video Game music is one of the best genres of music, bar none. Well that is it, stay safe, keep others safe in these strange times. I would not say what Earth is going through recently is unprecedented. There have been a myriad of health dilemmas during the passage of time. What is somewhat more unprecedented is that proven medicine and science in the past that has helped mankind defeat and ward off health plagues; that progression of medicine improved on by this current generation held up in foundation by the sacrifices of previous generations only to suddenly and haphazardly be ignored!? That is a bit new. Leaders foolhardy to cast away sound medical doctrine at the cost of human lives is not only unethical and confounding, ultimately, it is evil. I digress. Later.

Does anyone know of a game where you played as some American young guy trying to save some girl and a bunch of quick time events during cutscenes which would prompt a boss fight where you could beat the boss early and take the weapon ? Which would embody a different color and be a different type of weapon ? That's all I got basically 😂
