I'm always little conflicted with people saying Iruka was the first to believe in Naruto when technically Jiraiya, Kakashi and Hinata believed in him from basically the moment they knew about him (Kakashi and Jiraiya basically from the moment they knew Kushina was pregnant and Hinata when they met). Iruka hated Naruto at first because of the Kyūbi and the 3rd Hokage was the one who tried to get Iruka see Naruto instead (so even the 3rd Hokage believed in Naruto before Iruka did).
