am i missing something? just got the 4k x yesterday. slappend it onto my 1440p 240hz monito. in obs and on the 4k util app, the preview isnt crisp. comes out grainy looking on stream.

You do not need the external chat link. If using OBS , to by pass the need to have a chat link through the controller, since the audio is going through the card, you can "Monitor" the sound coming into OBS which has an extremely low latency. Monitoring audio, is almost exactly the same as hearing is from the controller, but you aren't bound to have additional wires. Let me know if you still need help :)
