I just got my Elgato Green screen today, it came in and I was trying it was zoom and had the same issue. I didn't even see that option. I'll have to use that next time. Thankyou!

OMG what a great question, i did NOT want to buy, but end up having to do it. I looked at all other brands and the quality isn't nearly as good. Elgato is the way to go.
